The Alliance for Creative Outreach (TACO) is looking for volunteers for the following roles as we build our organization. We’re open to creators OR non-creators for these roles. We’re also open to recruiting from outside the current XtianNinja community, if you know someone willing to serve in one of these areas. Creator Liaison

The Alliance for Creative Outreach (TACO) is looking for a volunteer to be our “Creator Liaison”. This person should have a calling for caring about people and making them feel heard and included, and be trustworthy with sensitive topics. For this volunteer board position, commitment will start at 8 hrs a week and grow as the organization grows.

Fundraising Director

The Alliance for Creative Outreach (TACO) is looking for a volunteer to be our “Fundraising Director”. This role would involve phone calls, research, and talking about money, so those should be things you’re comfortable doing. (You would not necessarily handle money directly.) You may also work with marketing to design fundraising concepts and campaigns. For this volunteer board position, commitment will start at 4 hrs a week and grow as the organization grows.

Marketing Director

The Alliance for Creative Outreach (TACO) is looking for a volunteer to be our “Marketing Director”. This person will research trends, manage marketing efforts, and post to social media. They don’t necessarily have to be a designer or artist, but should have some background working with them. For this volunteer board position, commitment will start at 8 hrs a week and grow as the organization grows.
