TACO Team Member Agreement Form

This form is to be used if you have been formally offered a TACO Team Member position. Congratulations!

You should carefully read and understand all of the Organizational Documents before acceptance. It is very important to us that you understand our mission, our beliefs, and how we operate.

Creators should especially understand the Code of Conduct , TACO Team Members Handbook , and TACO Target Program .

Your Discord Username (for TACO purposes)

Your legal name (optional)

Your email (optional - only the ED & BC have access for "emergency" contact)

Your phone (optional - only the ED & BC have access for "emergency" contact)

URL of your PRIMARY content creation channel. This should be the place where you have the most followers and where you publish content regularly. (You must have at least 300 followers of this channel.)

Briefly describe what type of content you create on your primary channel.

How long have you been publishing to this channel?

What is your current *minimum* Content Creation Schedule? (This will be the schedule you'll be expected to maintain, so do not over-estimate. Please be honest about what you are *currently* maintaining as a schedule.)

I have read and agree to all the organizational documents for The Alliance for Creative Outreach. I understand that these documents may be modified by the TACO Board through official processes, that those changes will be published and communicated to all TACO members, and that my continued involvement indicates my agreement with such changes.

I read and understand the TACO Team Member Handbook and TACO TARGET Program, and understand what is expected of me as a team member.
